Srinagar, January 11 (KNO) : One youth commits suicide in Kulgam while another attempts suicide in Kupwara.
In Kulgam, a youth about 15 years old (name with held) resident of Katpora committed suicide by hanging himself at home in the jurisdiction of Police Station Yaripora. After completion of medico legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. Kulgam police has registered a case and investigation was taken up.
In Kupwara, one youth (name with held) about 16 years old resident of Kupwara has consumed some poisonous substances at his home. He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Handwara for treatment where from he was shifted to SMHS hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. (KNO)
